We at Thompson Family Farm believe that we have the best locally grown fresh produce in Central Minnesota. We build our soil through all-natural means: manure, mulch and minerals. We do not use any harsh or harmful synthetic fertilizers, herbicides or pesticides. We manage weeds using the old fashioned way - by hand. And our chickens love insect control! We believe that our methods produce the healthiest, most nutritious and safest fruit and vegetables available.

Tree Fruit

This Spring we will be planting 90 more fruit trees - apple, pear, plum, appricot, and cherry-plum. These are in additon to the 30 apple and 10 cherry trees we planted in 2007. In a few years we expect to be able to offer the community bussels of fresh, healthy, and chemical free, fruit. Stay tuned for more updates.
